My name is Marrina Lunas, I am a Birth and Postpartum Doula serving Lake and Mendocino County. I have a Bachelors of Science in Nutrition and I am a Certified Lactation Specialist. I am passionate about all things pregnancy, birth and postpartum.
My goal is to give you the tools you need to feel confident as you transition into this new phase of your life. I offer comprehensive support- from prenatal guidance, comfort measures during labor and birth and postpartum care. I believe every mama deserves to feel empowered, nurtured and cared for during this vulnerable and sacred time.
